DOC - experienced - A day of skiing on DOC

I decided I would take 1.5mg of DOC -- which in my experience is visually equivilant to about 80ug - 100ug of LSD. Except the visuals are different than with LSD. LSD makes everything look more magical, and the headspace goes along with it. DOC makes everything more beautiful and colorful. That is, at a 1.5mg dose. Push the dose to 3mg and beyond and you will soon find out that DOC is an incredibly visually astounding experience.

In any case, I was going skiing today as there was a lot of fresh snowfall up in the mountains, and I wanted to get one more day of skiing in before calling it quits for the season. It's about a 2.5 hour drive to the mountain, so I ate my 1.5mg of DOC with about 2 hours left in the drive. Knowing that it would take a couple hours for the drug to really kick in, and also being confidence in my ability to make it to the ski resort even if the DOC kicked in quicker than expected.

Well, after about an hour I was feeling a strange kind of body energy. Doesn't feel like LSD. Doesn't feel like 2C-x drugs either. More like a light dose of amphetamine with rushes of tingly feelings throughout my body, and a somewhat stony feeling as well.

In any case I made it to the mountain just fine, but by the time I bought my ticket and strapped on my ski boots I was definitely noticing some visuals. Shifting colors, moving textures and surfaces, and general HD-vision. Nothing disorienting, but I was glad at this point I did not dose any higher. I had no problem interacting with people and I don't think anyone could tell I was high at all. Although a pupil check in the bathroom did reveal that my pupils were a good 50% bigger than normal.

Oh well, I was going to be wearing ski goggles all day anyway ;)

So I head over to the gondola. And on the first ride up this really cute girl about my age hops in the gondola with me. It's just the two of us so we start chatting and really hit it off. I don't think she could tell I was tripping, or if she did suspect it she never said anything and probably didn't care anyway.

So, me and this girl really seemed to hit it off, so we decided to take some runs together. This turned into us skiing together for the entire day, taking photos together, and several nice hugs from this amazing girl. At the end of the day we thanked each other for having found each other, and promised to stay in touch.

By the time it was time to leave the mountain and drive home pretty much all visual activity had died down and I was just left with a body buzz. I had a few beers before leaving the mountain which helped smooth out the body sensations.

It is now 15 hours after I dosed and I feel about 95% come down from the DOC. I suspect I will have no trouble sleeping tonight... especially thanks to some vodka and a couple Etizolam.

All in all a fantastic day.

Will I go skiing on DOC again? Probably not. Although it did not affect my coordination, and I was still able to ski double black diamond trails and some hairy woods, the main drawback was that my heart rate was significantly elevated after taking some tough runs. Normally skiing is a great cardio workout, but the DOC raised my heart rate, combined with intense skiing, probably upwards of 150bpm at certain points.

In the past I have never noticed even much higher doses of DOC raising my heart rate to that extent, so I will have to assume DOC is not really the best drug to combine with intense physical activity.

As a matter of fact, I don't normally enjoy psychedelics or even smoking pot while skiing. But today I did what I did on a whim. I don't know if it improved my experience skiing or not, but it was sure nice meeting and skiing with that girl all day.

The best drug in my experience for skiing or mountain biking is low dose Methoxetamine. I'm sure I would have chosen MXE to ski with today, except I just recently ran out ;)

^ sounds like a cool day/trip. I have gone mountain biking whilst on mdma and cannabis and had fun and would love to try skiiing high.

Many important questions arise from this report, but the most pressing I feel is, "Did you call that GIRL???" Lol

Good report, I don't often read ones that are too long & I dont like those that dwell too much on the effects of a drug because effects are anecdotal. Doing outdoors stuff of psychedelics is interesting to me, so I enjoyed this report.

I always excercise on Doc, find it excellent for long walks in forests, on the bach beach or mountain-biking anywhere etc But it's all fairly sedate stuff & as such I've not noticed any huge bp or heartrate increase. Perhaps combined with some nice, natural adrenaline, Doc is capable of pushing the cardio system quite heavilly,

Nah I didn't call the girl but we exchanged Facebooks and took some pictures together so I sent those to her.

She lives almost 2 hours away from me, unfortunately.

Jesus! I get fair bodyloads from DOC and can't imagine that much moving around and excerising!!!!

The visual's are amazing and seem similar to what people describe mescaline (I've never tried), and I don't find the bodyload of DOC (maybe because it's chlorinated) quite as bad as 2C-x's, but I am very sensitive to body loads, and as you said the tingly/stim feeling you get from amphetamine/phenethylamine based Psys.

But I bet being up in the mountains with the snow kept for amazing visuals, glad to hear you had such a pleasant trip, in such an awesome setting! =D

I recently had quite a bad trip with 2C-I, I took one cap orally (15mg) and wasn't really feeling much after 3hrs, slight visuals and tingling - probably a ++. So I then insufflated another (15mg) and my body-load was way too much, tingling everywhere, double vision, things were warping intensely (to the point I couldn't even recognize objects) and I was extremely anxious. In the end about 6hrs in I had to end the trip with Benzo's.

Though the day before I did take some LSA (8 HBWR seeds - didn't extract, just ground the seeds and swallowed with a drink) which was AMAZING, great visuals, shifting patterning, and almost dreamlike, not too stimulating or anything, would definately recommend if you can deal with the nausea (though some people get this, I didn't have any and you could always take 1st gen Anti-Histamines like Promethazine or Diphenhydramine for the Antiemetic effect)!

I love LSA... morning glory seeds and HBWR seeds have given me beautiful trips. Unfortunately they tend to make the tendons in my legs really stiff, making it sometimes difficult or uncomfortable to walk. So I could never take LSA and try to attempt some sport.

Skiing on LSD, at a low dose around 50ug to 80ug, I could see being a real good time.

Obviously psychedelics and sports don't usually mix (unless your just playing frisbee or something that doesn't demand extreme focus and coordination)... but low doses of long-lasting psychedelics can make the day a little bit more interesting and beautiful.

Don't go overboard with the dose, or you'll find yourself unable to safely ski due to visual distractions.

Yeah, I find LSA quite sedating in a strange way, but very introspective and really opens me up emotionally. It's great for when you're just tripping in a home environment.

On Psilocybe Cyanescens (8-10 mushrooms ground and eaten -begrudgingly- with a strong tasting drink) I had the most beautiful trip I've ever had, the field near my house seemed like a Savannah, and my two fellow trippers and I felt a very tribal and earthy connection. I had barely any nausea and the grass was vividly changing multi-coloured as the wind blew across it, almost seemed like water. Cyanescens are one of the few Psys I have tried that I love walking around on, which is great as I love seeing the beautiful sights of nature with such added visual effects. :)

Snowboarding on lsd > *

I imagine DOC would be quite fun as well :)

As always, another well-written and enjoyable report from BlueDolphin.

I've always been a bit wary of the doxx chemicals on account of the amphetamine ring and the long duration, which earlier on in my studies and research read as: "Warning: Panic Attack Palpitations for 24 hours).

Now that I've conquered my heart-conscious anxiety (started with a great 30mg first time 2ce trip at age 20, merely just bad timing and a long integration ensued where I realized that I wasn't consistently having heart palpitations, as I'd taken to being consumed by the sound of my own heartbeat, could focus on nothing else. The telltale heart but with no victim, if we're not including me), my interest in DOC is at it's height and I've found a direction towards that path, a reasonably priced one.

I don't think she could tell I was tripping, or if she did suspect it she never said anything and probably didn't care anyway.)

Monday I was laid up with a day off and a sprained ankle, and had quite a bit to accomplish.

Also had quite a bit of 2c-p (maybe ten mg insufflated) and a gram of raw methoxetamine throughout the day. I ended up seeing friends, colleagues, bank officials, con artists, a whole onslaught of primordial urchins to "respectable" people.

Not a one suspected I was on a psychedelic, even to the tattoo artist who I assumed was hep enough to catch onto that kind of thing. He was going on about brush fires (I was heading next door to pay my phone bill) and me and him get into these kinds of deep conversations every now and than, and for both of us; I believe it's cause being a scarcity of "us" types compared to "them" types, which is true, but a tangent that needs no intercession here) or something or other, and I kept talking about eternity and how this whole human/language/sentience run has been fun, and interesting, and horrible depending on who your talking to, but interesting leads as a pretty consistent word for what I'm describing, but merely a blip on the radar.

I'd experienced the ego death I've been yearning for and after two days of sober work and a bit of marijuana I think I might have the edge on it, so DOC seems right up my alley.

Sounds like a nice, calm, functional psychedelic when if taken in the early morning, could provide a great deal of sociable fun. I prefer tripping alone with psychedelically sober people (unless they are quite close, and there's not too many of those around these days), on a light dose like the one BD described here, but on heavy doses its nice to know I can still function and laugh at the absurdity that no one can get a handle on how twisted I am.

I think the key is awareness. Most people these days are too busy talking on there phone, lighting a cigarette, blowing their pet cat, argueing with the kids in a backseat ordering fast food to notice a real PROFESSIONAL freak in action. Legislation be damned, but I can be as weird as I want and as long as I don't interrupt their strange attention spans that grow shorter per second, I can be as I am.

I like to be left alone, I regard it as one of the highest of priorities when not forced to deal with people for economic or social means.

Sorry for the rant, just a bit of musing. King-hell report man, definitly informative to this laymen of the psychedelic amphetamines (aside from mda and it's analogues).
