I want to be a preacher, I want to show ppl the love of God. I know there is a great divide among ppl.

A lot of Christians beat unbelievers over the head with the Bible.

Then there are some who are sugar coated.


In the Bible it says to rightly divide the Word of truth.


I got saved in 06, went thru a lot of traumatic experiences.

In 08 I was hit w obsessive thoughts after thoughts. I was just trying to stay above water in the sense I felt like I was drowning in anxiety.


I preach on here because there is a void in everyone’s heart. I posted this in dark side because I see a lot of pain here.

I’m not preaching, sometimes I get thrilled about ministry but I know Love is the only way, The only ppl Jesus really was ticked off at where the religious Pharisee. He knew they would crucify Him.

Yet before time God predestined it all to happen. The Cross was our salvation.

I thought we where born with free will, I’ve come to the conclusion where not born that way. The Bible says a slave to sin is a slave. You have one master, either the Lord or the devil.


In the beginning God didn’t say if you eat of this tree. He said The Day you eat of it you’ll surely die.

Where made in His imagine, yet He knows where from dust.


If God was fair there would be no form of salvation, but Him being Rich in Mercy wanted more kids. That’s why I call Him Daddy!

I believe you have wonderful intentions and are a good person and are filled with love.

I also get a sense you're a little bit manic with this stuff. I've been there, check out one of my trip reports circa 2007. Just be careful you don't lose the plot. If you've got a doctor and you have a prescription, please make sure you work with that doctor and stick with it. ?

Do you want something in particular from this thread? It's going to need to be more focused to stay open. But I appreciate your sentiment behind this.

I'll throw something in here for you. I absolutely despise organized religion. I don't believe the bible is real. I don't believe in god. (At least not in the same sense as most people). That being said, one of the only friends I have that I only very occasionally talk to is a Christian who wanted to be a preacher at one point. He decided on another path. He does videos online, posts regularly and has over 4,000 friends who follow and play an active part in what he does. Would you like to know how our friendship works? He doesn't force his views on anyone. He explicitly says how HE feels, and understands that is simply HIS interpretation of his own beliefs. He cares for people. He does charity for the less fortunate. He has zero hate for anyone. He lives the kind of life the jesus of his bible lived. He is very open minded and is not afraid to change his views if another viewpoint is offered and he can make a connection on how the other person could have a better understanding than himself. He has no ego. Everything he does is for what he truly believes is the betterment of mankind, not himself.

Even though I don't believe in it I have read the bible before. This is the type of jesus I read about. 99+% of everyone in organized religion I know of sucks And that's what made me hate religion in the first place. With him he's not pushing an agenda. He's not trying to get money from people. He's trying to have civilized dialogue reaching whoever he can for no purpose other than hoping he can help other people better themselves.

If you can and want to be this type of person then I say go for it. If this is not the kind of person you want to be then don't bother. The world has enough people with their heart in the wrong place causing damaging thoughts to everyone along the way.

Sonic, if you want to help people here, you have to wait for them to post asking for help. A lot of people will be irritated and annoyed with talk of religion as well, so try to keep that in mind as well if you are truly wanting to help. Good intentions do not directly translate to good deeds, as they say "the path to hell is paved with good intentions".
