Do you have one or more pets that stare while you have sex and do you find it really destroys the moment? One of our cats used to sit and stare, like he was studying how to have sex. One time, I turned to said feline voyeur and said, "it doedn't matter how much you study us, it isn't much use without testicles". That got me hit with a pillow, by my wife and a "don't be so awful".
Staring I could deal with, but having your foot licked by a cat is pretty much how ti lose the moment!
 
I have to shut my dog out if I'm gonna get it on, she stares, and much worse - will eat the cumrag if given half a chance... I hope "Dog oysters" are a universal turn off (but knowing humans I fear not... brrrr)

Maybe your cat is jealous that you can have sex and he can’t (no testicles?)

Yeah, humans are gross. There isn’t a living thing that we won’t, given half an opportunity, try to fuck. Or eat. Or maybe both. And some inanimate objects as well…

Not pets but sometimes random little geckos will stare from the ceiling. Being reptiles I think they get enticed by the pheromones.
 
Yeah my cat likes to either watch or sleep close to humans having sex.
My first cat also did that and then we got him a female cat (still not in reproductive age) and they both stared.

When she came of age they tried to have sex in missionary a couple of times before they realised they needed to switch to doggie.
They did that in front of quite a few people and we laughed so hard we were falling to the ground.

OK, I can't help but chime in, Spanko here, and the wife was spanking me as she could often be found doing on a sunday afternoon for a Maintenance spanking, and our poodle used to get so worked up when he heard me or saw me spanked, he would pace around my feet if i were standing bent over the desk or if over here knee he would jump up on the bed and put his paws on her arm as if to say stop or well maybe he was trying help and that was his contribution. LOL
