Do you have a drug calendar/diary?

Then again, being a serious dope feen as I use to be it would def be a little difficult to keep track . I would be like keeing track of every bathroom i used to take a piss

LOL -- funny u said it like that, looks like we on the same page here

khadijah: (earlier post in the thread)
Why would i write down every time i pee or eat, cuz to a junkie its basically the same thing.
:D

I guess for the folks who do psychs, etc, then maybe youd have some kidna reason but for the types of drugs I always did that shit just dont make sense.

its like when little kids smoke cigs for the first time and they think its so cool that they mention it -- Yea, i just SMOKED A CIGARETTE before....Makin sure to bring it up so everyone knows how cool they are...But once you smoke a pack a day and everybody you know smokes you would never think of even mentioning it to nobody, it dont mean nothing about you or that youre badass or nothing the way it does to some kids when they like 11, 12 years old.

With dope using is second nature, almost on the level of a involuntary body function, so it aint even sometihn you think of. its as common and routine as any other thing that you do over and over everyday of your life without even thinkin about it, so recording it would be like writing down that you breathed today. impossible to keep track of and no reason to.

And of course for the reasons a few other folks mentioned about why the hell would you write down about the illegal shit you done. bad idea in general but especially like the poster above me said if you already on paper that can never be a good thing to have. self incrimination much?

I feel this way about pot ^
I smoke a lot every single day. If I added up all the weed I smoked, my jaw would probably drop-considering how long I've been smoking weed.

I don't have a drug calendar or diary exactly the way it's described here, but I got somethin similar. I keep a list on my phone that has every drug I've done along with how old I was when I tried it. That way in the future I can look back and see at what age I was more into experimenting and stuff like that.

Also, below that I have a list of different drug combinations I've tried along with a "enjoyableness" rating out of 10=D

One time I wrote down the different things I tried in my cellphone but other than that no. There is no possible way I could write out how much drugs I've been doing and when. I wish I could but I can't. Also I never thought of doing it since I still live at home....nothing is really private. I know someone would manage to read and find my diary/calendar. Its not good to leave paper trails.

I keep a drug use calendar and have been doing so for the past few years. The purpose of doing this is to prevent addiction. A drug use calendar in combination with rules regarding your usage is an excellent way to prevent addiction. These are the rules i have used for the past year or so:

Weed: 3 times per week
Mushrooms/LSD/Mesc: once per 2 weeks
Cocaine: once per 30 days and 750mg per use
Opium: once per 3 weeks
Amphetamine: once per 2 weeks
Oxy/Hydro/Tramadol: once per 2 weeks
MDMA: once per 45 days
Alcohol: once per week

I only use my calendar to track my drug use when I know I'm using too much and I'm trying to do less.

seems kind of unnatural to me.
unless you're like super smart and have a good reason for doing so.

I'm not sure about a calendar, but certain seasons correspond with certain patterns of drug usage for me...over the summer months (like now) I just tend to smoke a lot of weed and pop a tranquilizer every now and then, during the winter I like to continue smoking weed & I also like psychedelic drugs during this time, and during the spring I tend to do a lot of meth, usually in March and April (and, this most recent spring, I added heroin into the mix, yay!)
