I didn't read mush of this thread but I will give you advice not to fuck with the paranormal unless your willing to take the proper time to learn and practice.
I have used home made ouiji boards since I was 13 (not so much now as appartment buildings are not quiet enough) I have learned some disturbing things that I wish I had not stumbled upon. I have also dated a girl from the pagen religion and witnessed their whole family "close a door" on a trespassing demon. And I have a relitive who practices shamanism who has let me contact a spirit.
Aside from this, I will tell you I have never seen the ghost / spirit itself but I have asked them to close doors and lock doors, turn on lights, move chairs, and even touch my skin.
Here is a quick story: My mother works at the hospital on a floor called 4B North, essentially she tends to old people until they die or until they get shipped to an old folks home. Most of the people on her floor have been left there and abandoned by their family, they have no one and no will to live. It is pretty sad to see the dullness in their eyes at times. On this floor as well as others patients who are often seen talking cheerfully to their imagination, they all claim to be talking to a 6 year old girl in a red dress with blonde hair, a white wide brimmed hat, and barefoot. This little girl tells them it's alright to pass over and that she will be there for them. I personally find this very strange that over 200 patients at this hospital have made that same claim and died within 24 hours. I have witnessed this only once when I went with my mom on a night shift. The woman died around the start of the shift (8:00pm ish), the room was cleaned out and emptied. There were three nurses plus myself on the floor that night we were all in the nurse's station and all the patients were in bed sound asleep by 3am. Suddenly a call bell goes off (from the dead woman's room), we all wait anxiously as it keeps going ringing, it called 2 or 3 times before we answered "Hello?" *click* and the dial tone was heard. Myself and my mother went down to look at the room, it was dark and empty, the call bell was hanging in it's proper place and upon testing it nothing was broken or malfunctioning. As we left the room there was another call to the nurse's station (from the room we just left) but there was no sound made from inside the room (the call bells make a buz when your press them and then you hear it calling the desk). So we were only getting the calls from our end. I searched the whole floor for any patients who were out of bed, or anyone on the floor who may be playing a prank. The calls continued and we ignored them. Finally at quarter to six in the morning I answered the call, covering the speaking part of the reciever to be as quiet as possible, I placed it to my ear and heard a young female giggle with a distorted echo and then *click* the dial tone was heard again. This was enough to turn everyone in the room a shade of gray besides me, it fascinated me. After that the calls stopped from that room and to my knowledge it never happened again. But other than the nurses and myself that were there that night, no one believes that it was not a prank.
