Yeah, you should take it out. The MDMA won't have degraded (at least not significantly), but you should get it out of the moist capsule if you can. MDMA is water soluble, so it will slowly dissolve if you keep it in a moist container. Do you have one of those silica-bags they always stuff in shoes to absorb moisture? You should add one of those to your bag of capsules ASAP. I suggest you dump the moist capsule in a pile of ordinary salt to absorb most of the water. Then afterwards, carefully open it and wrap the contents in a piece of cigarette paper (or a fresh empty capsule if you have 'em). This package should then be designated your first roll, or you could pass it out at a random rave in an effort to make new friends.

this one kid that was dealing molly at a day festival left some caps in his car with points in em..when we came back the car that night the caps looked like they had chunks of melted then chunked up molly inside..like the heat from the day melted the powder down then when it cooled it re-rocked back together but the dealer thought his product was fucked so he gave em to us...and we rolled pretty hard off em.. mdma is one of the most stable compounds around

thanks some of the mdma is like stuck to the inside of the capsule so i just opened 1/2 the cap so its not completely closed, wrapped em in cotton and put em in a little container with one of those silica-bags.
