Do Infractions Compile or Refresh???

When you recieve an infraction, do the new points add to older infractions....? For example, if you get 6 points for a month temporary ban does another point continue to a year ban?

From the rules and "stickys" it seems that way.

Yes the points accumulate, but they also expire after a year.
