Do I have Seratonin Syndrome? (DXM)

Okay so I have been back on my SSRIs for two days and I just smoked a bowl from a bong and I am pretty high but I think I feel some DXM too, as well as muscle soreness. The muscle soreness worries me because mayabe I re-induced the DXM trip whle now on my SSRIs and it could be an issue. Is this the case or am I just paranoid high?

I can't be _certain_ because there's no test for it, but the symptoms were dead on, and spurred from a serotonergic. It'd be a safe bet to say it was.
