Do i have long lasting impairments because of seroquel ?

Today is the 7th week of taking seroquel and i wanna stop. Just took it off label max 100mg, mostly 50mg per day. I feel so numb like I dont have emotions anymore and I feel kinda dumb.
I will stop abruptly dont wanna have this shit in my system anymore but Im afraid that I kinda harmed something in my brain who the hell knows what happens exactly inside our brains when taking those kind of meds.
i remember i stopped that 3 weeks ago abruptly and couldnt remember that i had any serious withdrawal besides sleep problems.

Insomnia script? Off lable (and all) APs are fucked up. British medical journal declared them more deadly than terrorism. It's very possible it will last a decent amount of time, but recovery is possible.
