do drugs hit you harder in the morning?

drugs, especially weed hit you harder in the morning. the first dose of whatever you are taking is always the best. opiates for me however definitely hit me harder at night time as i become increasingly tired, a nice dose will make me nod out. the same dose of oxy in the morning will make me feel euphoric but not as sleepy.
