So I go to a lot of music festivals all over the country and do have a lot of fun experiencing with new drugs. I am always careful and never push myself too far
I've tripped lsd and shrooms many times and love both of them in their own way but have never tried dmt but have always wanted to.
Well recently I was at The Floozies having the best night with my friends and this guy was smoking dmt and "blasting off" at the show and he offered me a hit. All my friends had done it before and said yes and they convinced me to try it. I took one really big hit and held it in as long as I could because I guess that's what you're supposed to do. I didn't come close to "blasting off" but while at the show dancing I felt kinda fuzzy and tingly but it was a good time. I was under the impression dmt only lasts a short amount of time and when we left the show my friends were all acting normal but I was on a whole different level which made me feel weird because all did the same amount. I was having a full on trip, hallucinating a little just thinking shadows were holes in the ground and I tried to reach for my friends hand and when I look over she was like 10 feet away when I thought she was right beside me. It wasn't necessarily bad I wasn't freaking out or scared I was just confused as to how I was tripping so hard for so long and everyone else was normal. We went back to our campsite and I couldn't really talk normal, as I was tripping so I decide to go lay in my hammock and it was so hard to fall asleep and when I would close my eyes my mind would go crazy I would see so many things and so many thoughts were going through my head. This one bit of dmt put me on an trip that lasted atleast 4 or 5 hours before I finally dozed off.
I've never heard a dmt experience like mine and even my friends think I'm over reacting and don't know what I'm talking about so I really want to know if this sounds like a similar dmt hit to anyone else
But for the record I would do it again I'm just glad I now know how big of a commitment it is and not a 30 second experience
