So I've recently read up on DMT and read that it can only be orally ingested with a MAOI. I've read about the natural MAOI's that you can take with it but I was curious if it can be taken with an anti-depressant that is in the MAOI family? Just curious if that works and how it is compared to natural ones

Indeed it can, "Pharmahuasca" as it go's.

As to the differences, it will differ from using plants due to other alkaloids in the plants which can alter the trip slightly, how much so i do not know. But it seems like the most obvious difference would be a lack of nausea generally associated with ayahuasca.

However before you do this, find out if you should take the MAOI any time before the DMT, I am not sure if you need to but it makes sense if you would, because a pill can take time to dissolve and what not. Wouldn't wanna waste valuable DMT.

Yes, 300mg of moclobemide *aurorix* works nicely. I've never used caapi or rue as they're so nauseating all by themselves. Moclo has no nausea by itself.

There's no getting away from throwing your guts up tho - 20 minutes after the DMT hits your stomach it usually makes you throw up. It's the DMT by itself that causes a lot of the nausea.
