DMT low dose

So I had my first low dose DMT trip just to get my feet wet I just don't know how to explain it like not the trip but where I was it was farmillar to me like I know it but iv got no other psychadelic history is this a normal thing?

Low dose DMT is a lot like high dose mushrooms. Its easier to integrate and remember than higber doses.
