DMT extraction (please answer ASAP)

and i contains 0.6% NMT and DMT Tryptamine in about a 2:3 ratio in the stem bark, both present in leaves
it has a redish like bark and looks a bit simmaler the Mimosa hostilis bark in the tek

would it be a good idea to use just bark?or leaves will the Chlorophyll mess with the acids? this will be my second attemt at this. Last time i got 60g of ground up bark got water and added hydrochloric acid til the PH was around 2 poured the acidfyd water over the bark.
Swished it around then let it soak in warm water for half an hour.
Then took it out of the water and put it in a cool place for 24 hours.came back the next day and funnel and shuved cotton balls down the neck (to use as a fiter.)then added a cup or 2 of water dialuted with half a teaspoon of lye.swished it around to mix it and made sure to vent everynow and then.Let it sit in a dark cool place for 24 hours.Came back the next day and warped 3 coffie filters around the bottom of the funnel and poured the mixture through.
then added a cup or 2 of naptha let it sit for 24 hours.came back the next day and pulled the top clear layer of napth from the solution.
Then place the naptha in a pyrx dish and placed that dish is a bigger one that also had boiling water in it (to speed up evaperation) let it evaperate a fair bit then took it out of the water bath and placed it in a dark cool place for 24 hours. came back the next day nothing :S
what did i do wrong.

You didn't add enough lye/base before you added the naptha - all the DMT is still going to be in salt form in your water layer.
If the bark resembles mimosa hostilis, you can do straight-to-base. Dissolve 40 grams NaOH in 1L water (will burn your eyes right out of their sockets if splashes hit them, be fucking careful and wear safety glasses), soak the stuff in there overnight to digest the fibers, etc. Filtrate, extract with naphta. Then clean up the crude spice later. Saves on steps where a lot of liquidy goop is involved...
Don't use the leaves IMO if you want a quick and dirty dmt extraction. Won't mess up per se, it will just add a lot of nasty crap you have to clean up later.
Edit: do note, i am super lazy when it comes to this. Probably there are better teks...

That A/B extraction is recommended for Acacia because it defats as well as extracts DMT.
With Mimosa Hostilis most people recommend going straight to base and skip the acid step.
Make sure to mix the lye around really well. Other teks recommend 5 minutes of turning the jar end over end. If I did it though I would do it for longer.
Make sure you DONT shake up and down after adding the lye or a nasty emulsion forms. It is a pain in the ass and reduces the yield.

i still have my water layer siting in the shed would i be able to add more lye to it then add naptha?
