I recently rolled off of two pills that were full of what we believe to be tweak. There was definitely MDMA in them as well, but the other amphetamines were obvious and very strongly there. I took two pills spaced out by about an hour and for about three to four hours I was feeling great, but then I started to get some really adverse effects.
The confusion started to set in while I was lying down on a bed with friends. I had been sweating like crazy for about 30 minutes now(Yes, I was drinking water) and I was feeling very hot. I got up to get to the bathroom about 15 mins after the confusion had set in and immediately felt dizzy after standing up. I walked a few steps to the bathroom and stumbled. My vision started to blur and by the time I made it to the toilet(Only about 15 feet away) I could barely see or stand. I sat down to pee and my vision slowly came back and the nausea and dizziness went away some, but it was still there.
I filled up my water bottle in the sink and the adverse effects were starting to come back, so I hurried back to the bed to lie down again. After lying down I was feeling a little better. About an hour later I was starting to get very cold due to the strong fan that was directly next to me about a foot away. I reached to turn it off(I was at a friend's house so I had no idea where the switch) and I couldn't for the life of me find out how. After fumbling with it for about a minute I gave up and decided to just be cold.
I couldn't take it though and I asked my friend who had taken the same pills to help me turn it off. He told me to just unplug it from the wall. I looked at the wall behind me and saw the cord plugged into the wall outlet. I reached for it but my hand went completely through the outlet. I was stunned and very confused. I fumbled all over the wall trying to figure out why I couldn't feel the cords or outlet only to realize that I was hallucinating them. I felt back towards the fan and found the cord that I followed to the other wall where it was actually plugged in. I managed to unplug it from the wall and felt quite a bit better.
The hallucinations and other adverse effects continued for a long while until I finally dozed off into a half sleep about two hours after they started. I vividly saw my dad standing in the room at one point before falling asleep; he wasn't actually there either. In the morning I still had the dizziness and nausea for hours after waking. At one point when trying to walk somewhere I had to just sit down in the middle of the room because I almost fell when I completely lost my vision.
So my question is, what the fuck just happened? I have rolled two other times and never did I have these extreme adverse effects.
Edit: I would also like to add that at any time when my vision would go out my ears would also start ringing to the point where I couldn't hear anything else at all. Also a few of my friends took these same pills and nothing like my effects happened to them.
