I'm 26 years old. I've been taking MDMA about last week. It was shaped like a shield. I was cared to take a whole pill so I took a half of a half. A quart? Lol. Every time it wore off I would take more til I finish the whole pill. I've been feeling like shit the next day. Been stuck in my bed. Every time I move or get up I'll feel dizzy or nauseas. It's been like 4-5 days now and haven't got any better! Is there any medication I can take at the drugstore for this? Or anything I can do to make this stop? I literally wanna cry and I hate the hospitals!

After-effects are typical with MD pills. They vary from person to person. Drink plenty of water, make sure you're eating well and if you're really worried, make an appointment with a doctor.

Yeah and also because you took multiple doses. In my experience the after-effects tend to get worse the more you redose. Better would be to take one dose that brings you to the level you want to be at and then stop taking more or at the most do 1 redose
By the way, is it possible you are just sick? MDMA drastically lowers your immunal response so a lot of people get sick after a roll
