a TV program investigates several drug tests side by side. Dope or nope, EZ test and SafeTest ao. On Cocaine 67% purity with 8% Levamisole as active cut. And MDMA they on purpose added Amphetamine to see if the test s could reveal it. They tested on identifying the substance and purity/ revealing active cut ability.

How good they were at giving or not giving a early warning. Subtitle it as it s in Dutch, RADAR is known for good stuff this among it. Title says sort of don t rely your live on them in general. But looked as if multiple ones at least offer a wider coverage they all worked differently.

These TV reviews are always a bit flawed since they put a scientist who usually works with a million Euros worth of equipment against a test designed to perform as well as possible with a budget of 10 euro. They don't know how to get the best out of the tests and they rarely use samples which are representative of the sort of risks that these tests can mitigate.

Since 2013, the european drug market has mainly had two types of risks: high strength (high purity) drugs causing problems because people don't realise they have a 300mg MDMA pill or whatever; and total substitutions which look the same but cause different effects. A 10 euro test is going to struggle to alert a person to a sample which is almost entirely cocaine with 8% levamisole. But if you get sold a-PVP instead of cocaine or PMA instead of MDMA, these tests will immediately alert you and allow you to avoid a horrible trip to the first aid team (or worse).

The guy seems credible as the program, HR info.

Did the 3 different test s. On a already by a third party analysed Cocaine sample/ 67% purity with 8% Levamisole as active cut. 10 % being the cut-off were they dis-advise use ?!? Is that throug 0% seems best to me.

And MDMA that tested pure/ no active cuts that they deliberately tainted with Amphetamine. The tester in the program 'supposedly' didn t know. The expert himself didn t test the sample analytical. He just used the test according to the leaflet. Did his best to interpret the results. Showing the differences between the tests.

Later they declared the official data and that the adulterated the XTC. So it seems as pretty unbiased information imo. Especially when he declared that they are all different so using all three better then one.

This program is aimed at people that maybe not that deep into it. And bought one in a Head/ Smart shops or online. And it might give a false feeling of safety, consumer orientated. But having it really tested with a test service nr. 1. HR. As none of the test gave a indication of dosage.
