The drug testing forum is closed. There was a thread on cranberry juice that didn't really explain things... So i've been looking around for a while now. Trying to figure out how exactly diuretics help you pass a drug test. Testing advice sites around the internets suggest taking a diuretic to help pass tests. The explanations they give aren't clear to me. Problem being... If diuretics make you urinate more. More than you would ordinarily AAAAAAAAAAH. Ok I just dont get it. Do they dilute the sample? Anybody understand the mechanics behind this?
