it seems like after everytime i use the restroom shortyly after i start to bleed down there. theres no internal pain but hours afterwards or maybe the next day ill be walking around and feel some pain and wetness, ill go and wipe an see what is obviously blood. Does this sound serious? i do have hep-c im not sure if that would mean anything though

Sorry if this sounds crude hun but ermm...which orifice is the blood coming from? There are 3 down there and obviously whatever is wrong will depend on exactly where the blood is coming from...
All things aside, you should really see a doctor as soon as you can. Bleeding from anywhere for prolonged periods of time is not normal and should be investigated as soon as possible.

If the blood is coming out directly afterwards (which you said it's not), it could just be an anal fissure (small tear in the lining). If that's the case it will just heal on its own (no anal sex/play or plugging drugs in the meantime, otherwise that will just make it worse).
But if blood is coming out on its own and not in relation to any bowel movements then it's something else, and should definitely be investigated with your doctor as soon as possible.
