Benzos Dirty M30s Hoe to take snort?

You probably shouldn't do them at all, these pills are likely not pressed by some master chemist, there's a good chance they'll have hot spots

The safest way to do them if youre not doing a whole pill is to dissolve them in a liquid and dose volumetrically

I would advise you not to be using Fentanyl if you're not already involved with it. In my day, Heroin was the Opioid of choice. I had stopped using Opioids from the street right around the time that Fentanyl came into serious play in North America. I grew up revering figures like William Burroughs, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Thomas de Quincey etc. Intellectual figures (like myself of course) who used Opioids and led full, interesting lives. They had friends, families... they made it seem like this awesome drug could have a place in our "day to day" lives.

See, even this was essentially an illusion. People can use Heroin consistently, compulsively for long periods of time under certain circumstances. William Burroughs had money, as did the English guys. That makes things a lot different. I was an English/History teacher. I did my job, passed my assessments and generally enjoyed my time in that profession. It was never going to last though. I did it for years. I would fuck up, get back up, start over, but I was always on the trajectory of hitting the the ground, it was just a matter of when.

Fentanyl takes this phenomenon and turns it up to its maximum extent. Fentanyl consumes every person that uses it. A "functional" Fentanyl user is someone who can manage their addiction for several months while working full time. They all eventually fuck up. When they fuck up, they find that there is really no effective treatment for folks with their kind of dependencies. We only have the treatments that were once effective for Heroin users.

It's not something that is easy to get out of once you've started. I've withdrawn from Methadone and Heroin, both multiple times. I know how hard that was; how unlikely I was to succeed. If you're not doing it already, find a different drug. If you hate your life, find a different drug with which to anesthitize yourself. You can figure it out later, but don't use Fentanyl.

If you do choose to use them, they can be taken orally or intranasally. Oral administration is going to be significantly weaker.

From what I've heard. fentanyl is also significantly less fun that other opioids

Just score some real Oxy if you want to scratch that itch

Yes I actually very stupidly used a bit even knowing it was f and noticed something, it was kind of an off moment in my rotation of opioids. 7oh and methadone are my legal pillars but I definitely seek out oxy or real h whenever I have opportunity because I hate methadones side effects. Anyway I figured well it’s f this time so I started and it definitely registered as opioid in my brain scratched that itch but it really almost compulsively demanded repeat dosing throughout the day, if I found myself sitting at my home desk I might take puffs like every 20 min. There was never a moment reached like ah I’m content and I’m not opioid seeking and I can focus on other things like a normal person. I always get several of those moments with oxy/h and sort of with methadone but f is just like fast ticket to nowhere good. Supply was used up and I cursed myself for most likely unnecessarily increasing my tolerance. Yeah f is bad. Make heroin great again

It are such nice people, i decided to do my banking there,
not to avoid paying TAX that s pure coincidence. ;)

Max Verstappen said that about relocating too Monaco.
See and that is a sober guy seemingly with one intellect, racing.

edit: bit derailing but Fentanyl sound s like the dream of a dr.
A non euphoric, super short and addictive Opioid.
Think they should be the only ones prescribing, but even that.
Raises doubt, a dangerous inferior product, seen the patches on elderly.

Who often passed out, not weird as the same dr. also prescribed:
a SSRI, Zolpidem and Tramadol all at the same time ? One case.
Glad she didn t have SS, or fell wrong and had died.

It’s powerful and cheap and allows doctors to perform surgery methodically without any pain n the ass noisy complaints from medical victims,er I mean patients. Of course that scalpel has to hurt slicing right thru you but this wonder schedual 2 substance has medicinal value! It knocks those suckers right out they won’t even know what hit them (sliced them) in the inside or the outside organic tissue becomes so fragile, and I bet nearly all are comforted by knowing the docs using the pharma feddy thinking they will at least get some kind of fun from it even if it’s a measly 3 minutes the doc uses it to keep you knocked out for anesthesia. I bet many might even think oh giddy maybe a morphine shot from the doc or nurse after all I’m in a hospital and it’s a fucking gold standard of medicine right yeah but maybe this feddy won’t get them hooked post surgery since it sux, doc maybe contemplates I’ll save that morphine for me and my inner circle of pharm bros, or like golf or tennis group of doctors since they are allowed to practice medicine. And you even get to remind those pesky patients that they aren’t allowed to practice medicine on themselves! How would doctors and nurses eat then?!

Patients these days really to watch their health when they choose to risk managing their own body versus letting the professionals assume the role of master and slave when we have highly addictive opiods on the table. We wouldn’t want those off the table if pain returns right, people in need of medicine like this need to be controled by the pro boys. After all I bet they didn’t go to medical school so they wouldn’t be able to prescribe whatever they want for fam n friends. Of course doctors help people but it can be quite the challenge to speak to one face to face in a calm manner with mutual respect but make no mistake doc had all the control in the world and some might listen to reason but most are too busy helping other people and saving lives at breakneck rates it’s not easy to pull consecutive 12 hour shifts booking back to back appointments to pay for the trappings of successful medical doctors medical school debt being a big one but upper class Cadillac problems also

Yea and while we’re at that we’ll pick up some pharmaceutical vials of cocaine and hydromorphone also.
Waiting for the next category 4-5 hurricane to hit. I will be camped outside the pharmacy waiting for the power to be knocked out for days. I am not the only one that thinks like this I am sure
