Benzos Diluting Clonazolam

My buddy was wondering if he could mix table sugar with Clonazolam to dilute the Clozolam stregth. What you think about? please i need help
 
Don't do it, dose volumetrically. PG works fine, 100mg clonaz into 10ml pg, a little shaking, one or two hours time, done. Dose with 1ml syringe.
