dillaudid question

I am sure this has been asked but new to this site so forgive a repetitive question
i have 8mg generic dillaudud and want to bang them and see if pain level drops any.
I was on the old oxycontin i was scripted 8. 80 mg a day but when they changed them they stopped working for pain i actually had a reaction, heart racing sweating , etc. Doctor pulled me off and put me on 9, 8mg generic dillaudid which again is doing shit for my pain a friend send try to bang a couple to see if pain lowers so how doi do this?

also going to see Doc tommorrow what would you ask for if you had a chronic pain issue?
my tolerence is thru the roof vecause i was on oc for 8 yrs...
i hate Purdue i used to live relatively a comfortable life that changed in august..
now i have high pain every day ! also on 100 mcg fentanyl patch for long term

please don't judge ! just trying to get a day or two a month when i need to get out of house and not be in pain

First of all so you know how much to do, 80mg of oxycodone taken orally is equal to about 6mg of hydromorphone taken IV, and 30mg of hydromorphone taken orally. since you will be iving the hydromorphone, you know now to prepare about 6mg for injection. The danger with shooting pills is that over long periods of doing it, the nasty inactive ingredients can build up in your body. The way around this is to use micron filters, which only let the drug thru, filtering out the inactive ingredients. i reccomend the Whatman mini uniprep .2 micron syringeless filter. it is very easy to use, and because of its .2 micron size, even bacteria is filter out. If you can not get micron use a cotton. a cotton is basically a 50 micron filter, so it cant even compare to the filtration of a micron filter, but it still works well. also, Dilaudid is by far the best pill to shoot, because it is relatively clean of harmful inactive ingredients that can cause a build up in your body after months/years of use. you really need to invest in micron filters ut if your arent here is what you should do:

Crush the Dilaudid into a fine powder
Put the powder into a spoon or metal measuring cup, make sure its not real silver
Squirt about 60-65 units of cold tap water ( if you cant get sterile water ) onto the powder in the spoon.
you the back of your syringe to stir the mix for about 30 seconds.
place a tightly rolled cotton ball about the size of a small pea into the mix
place the tip of your insulin syringe against the cotton, and draw the solution thru it and into your syringe

In most states you can get needles at any pharm. just ask for a baggy of 10 1cc insulin syringes, and if they ask why you need them for some reason, tell them you are diabetic and you take humalog. but they prob wont even ask. for the cotton use a piece of qtip or cotton ball. no matter what any idiot on the internet tells you, dont heat pills at all. all that applyinh heat does is break up more of the nasty insouluble inactive ingredients and gets more of em in your shot. opiates are perfectly water soluble, theres no need to apply heat. hope this helps

I would just shoot a whole 8 mg pill at your tolerance. Hell, I would shoot one at my tolerance, which is no where near yours.
