Opioids Dilaudid not as expected

To get the most out of dilaudid you have to IV it. Orther then that youd be better off with oxy

Do you have an opioid tolerance and have you had dilaudid before?

I tried hydromorphone years ago, I had a slight tolerance and I ate and smoked it but I didn't really feel high from it. I wasn't a fan, I much preferred other opioids. I don't recall getting anxiety though, maybe some people just react a bit differently

How did you go about smoking it, please?

Does anyone know how to make oxycodone (or Dilaudid) smokeable? Other than mixing it in water and making it a slight paste, is there anything that can be done like they’ve made Fentanyl smokeable… I’ve been trying for months with no success and no luck finding info on the net. But I hear of people smoking them all the time..

Dilaudid is horrible oral. Better nasal. awesome iv. Its the rush thag makes it. No legs.
