Dilaudid Dosage

So I recently came across 4 x 4mg Dilaudids. I am against shooting them so don't suggest it. I snorted one and felt decent effects but nothing too great. I'm 5' 10" at 150 lbs. Would it be safe to snort the remaining 12mg? Is there any way to increase the effects?

Since you're against shooting them you could try plugging them. Just crush them and they dissolve in water, then plug away. I'm pretty sure the bioavailability is better this way than with insufflation.
Some people use diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to potentiate opiates but it just makes me tired. What's your tolerance like?

I have only done oxy twice as far as opiates, so I have nearly no tolerance.

Then I wouldn't recommend doing all 12mg. Do another maybe six, and I would plug it, and see how you feel.
