Hi

I've been popping dhc for a year now and its lost its magic my question is what's the next opiate up I've tried tramadol and I've also ran that into the ground. I live in the UK so hydrocodone is not an option.

Any ideas?

I've looked at this myself and being in the UK means we don't have any that fit in the 'middle ground' in the states the next one would be hydrocodone but we can't get it here. So there is a giant leap between dhc and the next available opiate.

I would reccomend taking a break from DHC rather than moving upto oxy or morphine, which is all we have next.

Based on your availability I would say morphine or oxycodone is the best route for you. The morphine should be more similar to DHC then oxy. Both however are much more potent

Don't expect the magic to return or stay for long. Good luck

IME once the magic is gone, the magic is gone.

Jump off the Opiate ladder now while you can is the best advice i can give you.

BDD -> OD

How often have you been using it though? Sounds like a tolerance break is in order.

I live in the U.K & i swear the only person i know who's been scripted oxycodone is my mum who's had (for severe migranes) everything over the past decades from tramadol to oramorph to codeine & amitriptyline.

How many of you on here have been scrited oxy? For years ( even tho i've done dhc, heroin, morphine, opium, codeine ) oxycodone has been a bit of an "ELDORADO" of the opiate world. Is it reallt all that?

In the UK opiates are hard to get on a long term basis. I was given morphine after very major surgery. The hospital only gave me 2 weeks worth!!! I luckily had a decent doctor who knew it took months to recover from this particular surgery.

But i only got it a couple of times. Luckily i didn't need it more. But yeah, don't know anyone scripted oxy. Or morphine for more than a short period at that and I have a friend with slipped discs and other bad things in his back, and he's only on codeine and tramadol!!!

P.s. Oxy is pretty good. However pushes the tolerance up fast so I'm happy I can only get it once in a blue moon.
