Opioids dihydrocodiene dosage?

ive been using codiene for the past few months once a week on average dosing around 250mgs of which i get a nice content high off of.

im interested in trying dihydrocodeine but unsure of the right dosage.

so if my weekly codiene dose is 250mgs, how much dihydrocodiene should i take?

Idk i've never had the privelage to try DHC. I would much like to though.

It's not on the standard OPioid dose converter thing so idk what to tell you, probably try around 150 to start.
I'm not even sure if it's available in the states.

Is it OTC in the U.K by any chance?
How does it stack up to codeine??

yeah its in uk otc with paracetamol 500/7.86

I think DHC is 1.5x the strength of codeine.
