What would being on max dose of dhc be like compared to low dose oxy twenty to thirty mg a day.
Would it help the pain and work well with methadone taken in the morning
I'm down to forty five mg a day so I can switch when down by ten mg.
I convert tramadol and codeine well so should work with dhc.
Would it be a bad switch I've abused oxy loads I don't get tempted now most I take is 20mg
Also how much gets converted to dihydromorphine
