Difference in filler amount?

I have been getting the 8mg PMS brand Dilaudid, and they are pretty small. I will now be getting the 8mg Apotex Dilaudid which are triangular and quite bigger; almost double the size. Are these harder to filter out for IV administration? Or are they just as good as the PMS ones? Thanks.

it's the same just add a little more water it'll make it easier to draw it up

I usually add 1 cc of water, will this mean I will have to do a rewash? Normally I can get it all in 1 shot with the PMS ones.
