I have heard people on this forum and around the web use it alot . . .

But what does it actually mean ?

Upper: anything that stimulates or speeds up the Central Nervous System
Downer: anything that depresses or slows down the Central Nervous System

uppers are like amphetamines, stimulants, cocaine, speed-type drugs, ritalin & add/adhd type meds...

downers are like opiates, benzos, alcohol, barbituates, quaaludes (sp?), anything that slows you down, any type of CNS depressant...

QFT.

Uppers= cocaine, amphetamines, mdma, anything that speeds your heart up.

Downers=opiates, benzos, barbituates ect.

you've been on bluelight for less than 72 hours, and you've already racked up 136 posts?!

Average 58.29 per day.

100% of them garbage.

go to erowid.org , or go to the library. Do some research until you know what you're talking about. Then come back and try to have an intelligent conversation, rather than posting dozens of useless threads on all of these boards, asking stupid questions and telling stupid lies.

Have a wonderful day :D ...troll.
