I have used a few different benzo's and didn't really notice much of a difference at all.So what are the difference's the effects things like that?and what are the street prices from benzo to benzo

I don't know exaclty what's different from benzo to benzo. I've tried a lot of them and found that Xanax has the most recreational value, while klonopin is the best at relieving any anxiety I have.

Valium is great as well. They're just different chemicals of the same class, each benzo has it's own buzz yet they all feel similar. Same goes for opiates.

And, I don't believe prices aren't allowed to be discussed here, but I know they're not real expensive.

There's lots of info in the www about the different effects of benzos.

Which benzos did you take and also to what occassion?? Anxiety, to knock out, etc..???

To your question I assume they act fairly similar in that they calm, relax, etc...
And distinct in time as some act faster, have a longer/ shorter duration, etc....

Many of the benzos differ upon their binding affinity to various GABA-A subunits. For instance, the more sedating benzodiazepines have more affinity to the alpha-1 subunit while the more anxiolytic have powerful binding to the alpha-2 & 3 subunits. Its thought that the the muscle relaxant effects are based upon the alpha-5 subunit, so those with powerful muscle relaxant effects would have high affinity to that subunit. Duration would be more based upon the benzodiazepine sub class. There are many. For instance, the notoriously short benzodiazepines like alprazolam and triazolam are triazolobenzodiazepines. Although duration is not the only distinction of the benzodiazepine sub classes.

benzos generally have similar effects, although some are more hypnotic(ex. temazepam and flunitrazepam) and some are better for anxiety relief(ex. clonazepam and alprazolam). they also differ when it comes to onset speed/how quick to peak, duration/half life, memory loss, and potency by weight.

when it comes to "euphoria" benzos differ among individuals but mostly its the potent hypnotic types(usually temazepam, but also flunitrazepam, nimetazepam, and triazolam) that are rated highest in terms of euphoriant and intoxicating effects.

i for one find temazepam to be my favorite benzo, followed by clonazepam, then flunitrazepam, triazolam, and nitrazepam.

I have used xanax valium and klonopin.Either for anxiety or just to relax. Those are the main 3 are there any others that can get you high and I haven't noticed any different between the 3 drugs although opioid's I have felt a few differences other than strength.

well benzo preference depends on the individual but theres a lot of benzos that will get you more high than the three you listed.

even though clonazepam(Klonopin) is my second favorite benzo i think temazepam is best, as do many others.

also you should know that any benzo will get you high at some point, and theres a vast amount of benzos other than the three you listed that many would find to give a stronger high.

alprazolam- IM GONE

clonazepam- sedated,no anxiety, feeling good

temazepam- DERP!!!!!

diazepam- this is nice..

but temazepam FTW

alprazolam- clonazepam- temazepam-diazepam I have used these four xanax klonopin ativan and valium right I dont know name to name but what are some differences in effects if any what can you tell me about each of these drugs come on people they must be different if they weren't their wouldn't be 4 there would be 1

i can for sure tell the difference between the benzos ive tried. i loved ativan because it feels a lot cleaner than xanax. i was totally free of anxiety and felt great, yet i wasnt "fucked up" like valium or xanax.

I described ativan as a 'background' high....it's there but easy to forget because you might be really stoked on life! Haa......xanax is more potent and better when potentiated.......eating xanax and using ativan sublingual NO SNORTING

Had to chime in here, just for that. Kudders is right, please don't snort your benzos. Xanax (alprazolam), Ativan (lorazepam) and Klonopin (clonazepam) work best either sublingually or orally administered.

alprazolam - very quick comeup and duration of effects, quite intoxicating with little comparative anxiolytic or hypnotic effects. most amnesic imo
clonazepam - long-lasting, very discrete at low doses with a threshold where it becomes very much like alcohol without any of the negative effects (still very intoxicating)
diazepam - like oxazepam but with prominent muscle relaxation
lorazepam - best for anxiolysis, medium duration of effects, moderate euphoria and muscle relaxation, sometimes I get weird visuals on medium-high doses
oxazepam - similar to lorazepam but less intoxication and euphoria, useful but mild
temazepam - best for sleep, makes you super tired at effective doses, too tired to function imo

for me best is valium, after taking valium long time, i tried xanax and iwas like - wtf is this feeling :)

Can someone, maybe K'd or StaySedated link to the older thread(s) that goes into an indepth explantion of the different benzos

I can't remember the title or who the OP was but someone went to a lot of trouble to type out a lot of information about almost all of the known benzos:

putting them in categories like good for sedation, good for anxiety, good for muscle relaxation
it had a pharmacological description of how benzos work on a general level and explained about the different GABA_A sub units and how different benzos achieve different effects from combinations of binding to different subunits of GABA_A
