Stimulants Did I just overdose? 3250mg Acephet, going for a dxm trip.

So I took 10 day time cough pills that contained, 325mg acephetomines, and 10mg dxm / pill. Should I be worried? and how long will it take for the effects to kick in?:\
 
Barely enough dxm to feel. You'll be fine with the Tylenol you took but from now on do NOT get dxm products with anything but dxm, especially if they contain Tylenol. Normal first doses are 240-480mg of dxm, you took 100mg so u may not even feel it. If u do it'll take around 30 minutes depending on your stomach contents.
 
You will most likely be fine. Even though it is not recommended to take more than 1000mg at at time and 3000 mg in 24 hours, usually it takes 8000+ mg to do damage. This is not to say that it cannot happen at the dose you took so if you start getting severe n/v, abdominal pain, jaundice etc seek medical help. Symptoms can take up to 72 hours to manifest but I think you should be ok. But it never hurts to get checked if you are worried.

Were there other ingredients besides DXM and APAP?
