Opioids Did I Damage My Brain?

In the hospital they gave me 1mg Iv dilaudid then two hours later gave me 2mg more. I started to get very confused and out of it.

I had extreme memory loss (would forget what i was saying in the middle of a sentence) snd confusion. I was also nodding in and out.

In addition, I couldn't walk and moving my legs was hard.

It says online that confusion is a serious side effect and a doctor should be notified right away.

I woke up and I still feel out of it and am having heat flashes.

Is there anything I can do? And is it possible that I damaged my brain. I'm 20 if that makes a difference.

Haha thanks guys. I usually wouldn't worry so much about this shit, but I have severe IBD and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong ( horrible rare side effects to drugs, pancreatitis, c diff, pnemnia, ect. and my life is hell. Now I get paranoid about everything.

I can think as clearly as i usually can on prednisone + being in a flair. Everthing is good except for the pain but I have good old percs and weed for that LOL
