Cocaine Did Cocaine First Time- Lymph Nodes HURT

I was drunk at a party and snorted a line of coke through my right nostril. I have a constant bad feeling in the back left side of my neck (I'm pretty sure your right nostril corresponds to your left lymph node). Anyways it's not a "painful" feeling- but it's just like I can feel "something" there- constantly. I assume it is a swollen lymph node. This is very annoying and I am NEVER snorting anything ever again. Can anyone recommend something to clear out my sinuses? Are there any medications to snort that will clear out my lymph nodes or anything? Any experiences like this?

I'm fucking SCARED that I'm infected with something serious.

I don't necessarily see any signs that the two incidents are related.

I've put more powder in my nose (Oxy) over the years than anyone ever should, and I've never had many side effects other than a sinus infection once. And I can't even be sure of causality there because I've had sinus infections in the past before I ever picked up the habit.

I can't directly see how snorting coke can lead to a sore/swollen lymph node. I think more than likely you have a cold or are getting sick.

1. Everyone at the party was doing it and getting high(experienced coke heads) and
2. It made my gums numb when I rubbed some on them after snorting the line

Anyways I have never had this feeling before- it's like an annoying feeling of the presence of something in my neck at the bottom of my brain on the left side- and I got this the day following the party- after I snorted the coke. I've snorted anything before so this can't be a coincidence.

You can't be serious. The best way to tell if your coke is good is by the EFFECT IT HAS ON YOU, namely, immediate and intense euphoria.
 
coke will run down your immune system terribly , a night of sharing bills, staying up late... will run you down!

swollen lymph nodes could be a sign of hepatitis c but I am not trying to scare you...

please be safe though and do not share bills in the future, you can pick it up that way, especially with "serious coke heads".

in the meantime, you can do some lymph node massage starting from behind your ears and pushing down .
