At my wedding on 7/19/2003 I weighed a frightening 558 pounds, fitting into a tux w/a waist length of 62 inches around. I don't know all the other measurements but I can assure you they were 'higher' than what you'd expect for a normal male my age (at the time which was 25).
I'm no longer married to the chick but holy shit the pictures from the wedding (which had me in them) were hard to look at. Made me sick. To this day I run across a few of the ones not destroyed by my ex-wife out of anger and I'm super suprised I let myself go that fucking bad.
SICK - seriously.
Well...7 years have gone by and although I had several ups-and-downs regarding my weight losses and gains, I'm happy to report I am the "smallest" I've been in over 10 years. Just in time to stand up in my lil' brother's wedding @ the end of September 2010.
At 6' 2", weighing 240 is acceptible to me for sure. Best part is being able to buy clothes from normal, run-of-the-mill department stores (e.g. JCPenney, Khol's) instead of visiting old friend Omar the Tent-Maker (<~~ hehe - joke my father used to make all the time).
I feel great (and, if I may state, look great as well)!!! I'm Italian though so taking off TOO MUCH weight will cause my body-to-bone ratio to be thrown off and I just will not look right at all. Weight or no weight, if you think I'm going to turn a cold cheek away from my Auntie's stuffed shells, you're all nuts!
Keep looking good everyone - fat, chubby, husky - all of them have their benefits and trust me, there is someone out there whom you fit in their idea of their perfect mate!!! Never ceases to amaze me but it's just the way the world rotates!
