A friend of mine took this morning (I guess around 11 to 2 or something), many hours ago in other words 2mg Diclazepam (which I've read corresponds to roughly 20mg Diazepam, and it's also an analog to Diazepam) and a few hours ago 1mg Subuxone (basically Subutex) nasally (an 8mg pill pulverized and split up into 8 lines).
He says he feels really good and he 'nods' and likes it very much.

If it matters he have been taking the Diclazepam for a few days for social anxiety and thus must have had some tolerance.

I searched for information regarding the combination (benzos and opiates) and it came up that it's a very dangerous combination even tho many people do it. I believe the dosage of both the opiates and the benzo he took is pretty low but I'm a bit paranoid and scared since he is very close to me.

What would you say are the chances of anything bad happening? Like respiratory depression or such.

There is no way of knowing the "chances" of something bad happening. Everyone is different. To guess would just be that.. a total guess.

If you're really worried about your friends health.. get him medical attention.

Keep an eye on him. If he is walking and talking, he is probably okay. If he begins to become unresponsive, lips turn blue (especially this one), skin gets pale, etc. Immediately seek medical attention.

Thanks for the response, I forgot to mention that he went to bed less than an hour ago. I'm checking in on him now and then to see that everything is fine. But I'm getting tired myself and would want to go to sleep.
The thing is he would refuse any medical attention in his current state, yes he's fine but after reading up on the combo it got me all scared.

A friend refusing medical attention should never be a reason you don't call. In an altered state of mind, they do not know what's best for them. It's up to you at that point to make that decision for them and potentially save their life.

That's true. I would certainly not hesitate if anything was happening, it would be the first thing I'd do, call 911. But when he's feeling alright and it's most likely just my mind messing with me I really can't call emergency. I have myself to blame for reading all the horror stories about it.
