Diazepam the day before MDMA

I use benzoes 2 times a week aprox. and I am wondering if I can use MDMA tonight even though I took 30 mg of diazepam yesterday and 10 mg diazepam the day before that. I have anxiety problems, so may this even help me to not get anxious during the MDMA trip?

I hope someone has a good answer :)
 
No reason why you cant pop tonight - the benzo will not have a cross effect etc

Theres loads of threads about anxiety before a roll - some people enjoy a couple of drinks / blunt etc to calm them down.

Theres nothing to really get that worried about, your using a drug that you know the effects, you know that after 50 mins the anxiety will vanish and you will be feeling great again.

Just chill out, listen to some music etc - The worst thing you can think about is getting anxiety as you will only make it happen.

Your heart rate will not be effected by taking benzos the previous day.
 
I just wouldn't take benzos right beforehand in an attempt to avoid comeup anxiety. If you need for the comedown that works well..

I had a great time last night! WOW :D I was a little anxious the first 20 minutes after I took my first 200 mg dose, but after that I was anxiety-free and was trippin' hard - and when I redosed I was in heaven. I just hate the headache I get after 6 hours of trippin'. I think I get it because I can't control my eyes and I look up too much - any advice how to avoid this? Or am I the only one getting such a bad headache? My other friends didn't suffer from it.

Today I took 20 mg diazepam to get some good sleep. Could only get a couple of hours after the trip so I am some sleep-hours behind now :P
