I Came across some AMPS of this, what is dosage in opiate naive, I have been in and out of opiates and heroin for 5 years, right now I haven't touched in any month or more.

Amps of diacetyl?! If you mean you came across pharmaceutical grade heroin then just do a search for dosing of those amps. Normally I could just say "half a bag", "whole bag", "half a balloon", but sounds like you've got yourself the real deal.

Check out erowid, they might have dosing guidelines for pharma grade heroin.

PS - don't use SWIM.

Heroin might not be the best choice in the opiate naive. You might want to try taking a few hydrocodones a few days a week, then the next week, take a few oxycodone a few days.

I would be very hesitant to advise any use of H in an opiate naive person.

If it IS in fact actual diacetylmorphine.. start with like 5mg at the most if you have no tolerance. I assume you'll be injecting, since it is ampules? 5mg may even be too much.. If you have no tolerance I do not see the injecting heroin being a smart thing to do.. If you are in a country where you can get amps of pharmaceutical grade heroin, I am sure you can source some weaker opioids, no?

less than 5mg and you should be alright like brokedown palace said. you could also plug it to get used to it and then shoot as your tolerance goes up. the rectal bioavailability isn't much lower than the IV.

Whenever you come across a solution to be diluted, make sure it's a water for injection available in pharmacies (well, at least here, if you can't buy syringes and needles OTC in pharmacies where you live, this won't be available OTC either).

Quarter gram of black tar is 10-15mg heroin, I can imagine.

EDIT: How come you used to inject black tar which isn't available in the UK and now you're in possession of diacetylmorphine ampules and heroin isn't used as a painkiller in the US. I know you could have migrated, I'm just asking because maybe you don't have Diamorphine Hydrochloride ampules like 5mg or 10mg. Is it a solution or powder?

Like I wrote in your other thread about this in BDD, it's essential that you should tell what form of diamorphine you actually have (yeah, this is the pharmaceutical name of heroin if ever used medically in the UK and I haven't heard of any other country using it). I doubt that you have 100mg or 500mg form of Diamorphine Hydrochloride but these should be diluted downright neatly.

I don't want to judge you but you've just registered and all your posts in different topics are about this. If you carefully read the forums guidelines, you'd know where to place your thread to get the best answer fast. "A good hookup for Diacetylmorphine amps" sounds strange...

I'm assuming these ampules would be rather diluted like the above poster said, so unless you're rocking at least a 5cc rig it's going to be more trouble than fun

Heroin is not produced in an ampule in solution already; it will hydrolyze to morphine.

Heroin is produced in a dry ampule, meaning, it's just the powder in a glass vial. You'll need to dilute it yourself to your liking.

There won't be any need for a 5cc syringe.
