My PDOC told me that as long as your under 190 on blood glucose readings you should be fine, I know the normal and healthy range is 70-130, but what is considered dangerous levels for long periods of time and is it ok to cheat some time?
I was told it should never get above 180, except maybe right after you eat, and within 2 hrs should be back under 140 or less. I think over 180 is considered when the damage occurs.
