DHC Continus

I would like to know what is the best way to take this tabs. It is Dihydrocodein with 60mg per pill. I would also like to know what is a good dose. I don't have any opioide tolerance.

I've heard crushing them and parachute doesn't seem to help, because they have a complicated time release mechanism ("ionic lock" or something like that).

This is really BDD material. Crushing up a pill will always effect a drug's "rush" to some degree, even if it is pro-drug (although minimal).

Try taking low dose DXM (20-30mg) atleast 30 min before.
Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) will increase the likelihood of any nod and reduce most itchiness
Grapefruit juice can help a little.

Of all this I would recommend the DXM. It's been shown to reduce tolerance 20-30%. Your better off parachuting your DHC vs. any other method for sake of convenience.
