Opioids dhc 600 700 mg a day

was taking 600 to 700 mg of dhc a day for about 5 months ,now im cold turkey for 3 and half days , feel pretty crap how many days left ?? 1 or 2? course im getting fed up feeling crap

DHC is what would be termed a 'pepsi habit' in the 70s. If you aren't sleeping, if you take a small amount of DHC (like 60mg) then you should sleep. Days 3 & 4 are the worst and then it backs right off.

You are doing well.... keep it up!

Is it your first withdrawal? In my experience the first withdrawals from codeine were a walk in the park compared to later withdrawals from morphine or heroin. The withdrawal should last 10-14 days at most, you may be still feeling weak then, but that's just about it.
