Hello. I am here to discuss the tolerances of these three common OTC drugs that are for getting high.

From what I know, when you build a tolerance on Dextromethorphan, it usually takes 6 months or more to get it back down.

For Dimenhydrinate, I heard once you build a tolerance it usually takes between a week to a month to bring the tolerance back down.

I am not sure about diphenhydramine, but i know dimenhydrinate and it are basically the same and i am guessing this would also be around a week to bring down the tolerance.

So, for anyone else who has experiences with any of these tolerances or knows information, could you give your opinions on how long it takes for the tolerances of these ingredients to go down???

DXM tolerance remains indefinitely if you abuse it enough. But a rule of thumb is 3-4 weeks between high dose trips for best results.

There's not a lot of details on tolerance to antihistamines used as deleriants though. Probably because they lose their novelty really quickly.
