dextroamphetamine and amphetamine pill?

So i know theres no pill ids but i have these pills when searched on drugs.com says amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, im wondering does that mean its just adderall or is it adderall and dextroamphetamine mixed?

I know theres no pill ids but it says amphetamine and detroamphetamine when i look it up on there does it mean that its 2 in one pill? If so what kind of amphetamine besides d-amp is in the pill?

Usually it's racemic, so it's gonna be L-amphetamine mixed with D-amphetamine. L-amp is completely inactive though, the d-amp is the important part.

^As nAON has said, Adderall is a 75/25 mixture of d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine.

There are no pills that are 50/50 dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine.

The pill you're talking about is more than likely a generic Adderall. We don't do pill IDs here though so that's all we can tell you...
