Dexedrine and Lamictal?

I am interested in hearing from other people who take dexedrine and lamictal. Someone recently said that Lamictal reduces the effectiveness of Dexedrine and other stimulants. Has anyone had experience with this? I am on both and I am wondering if lowering my Lamictal will allow me to get more out of my Dexedrine. I am looking for people with personal experience with these meds. I currently take around 75 mg of lamictal and 30 mg of Dexedrine ER per day. Thank you for any insight!

I take lamictal for bipolar disorder and i have had no problem getting high on dexies. I take 200mg's of lamictal a day but it doesn't seem to reduce the effects of amphetamines or cocaine.

I take lamictol and I sorta have noticed a tiny effect, it just seems like I don't get as jittery and vyvanse just doesn't give me that real extra boost. But maybe it's my tolerance, I sometimes wait to eat my lamictol until like 4-5 hours after the vyvanse, so I get the whole peak, without feeling I missing any effects
