Stimulants dexamphetamine come down

i apologize for making another thread but im wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me with my first amphetamine come down. i seem to have taken too much, in the sense that its more than i bargained for and now i just want to come down but it shows no signs of diminishing even now 7 hours after the last pill. i took 60 mg of dexamphetamine throughout the night. all i need is some reassurance that what im experiencing is normal and i will come down safely.
 
wont take benzos former addict but im feling a lot better. i had some mild chest pain and it caused some anxiety which in turn made everything about 50 times worse. ive calmed down now, still totally wired of course but i'm not firghtened any more. i assume a very slight chest pain lasting just a few seconds is not something to worry about?

What I think is happening here is you are anxious bordering on having a panic attack. It is a side effect of any kind of amphetamine use. If you have a benzo on hand, take it. It will help relieve some of the anxiety. I know it's the worst thing when you take an amphetamine and it turns out to be an anxiety ridden/paranoid trip. It's the worst. But this is normal, it will all go away eventually.
 
it was anxiety, i calmed down and was fine shortly after i posted this. always get anxious my first time on a new substance and of course chest pain is always alarming but this was slight and short lived so im not that worried. next time i will try a lower dose though. my pupils are still very dilated. how long does it take to fully wear off?
