Dex vs Meth

What is better for recreational purposes and why? Do they both have the same amount of euphoria in equivalent doses?

If 5mg is a standard therputic dose then what is a light, common, strong, very strong dose for the average person?

I read on erowid that the effects are slightly differnet, is that only due to the potency, etc. of meth? They are both simple dopamine agonists right?
Is the dosing the same with both, eg. 1mg dex = 1mg meth?
