Howdy. I got a mad supplier of valium (I get bottles with 1000 x 10mg pills) but obviously, I've been abusing them. I've only been taking them (mostly) to sleep but two months later, I'm down to my last 50 (i did sell some) so my tolerance is bit high. I'm now waking up with huge black pupils and feel like shit unless I have some so trying reduction therapy (half a pill in the morn, half at night).
Any ideas to help (aside from buy another 1000 pills and keep going?) lol
thnx

you could try chamomile and lemon balm tea when you run out? has similar compounds as diazepam.
If your down to 5mg in the morning and 5mg at night that is pretty decent.

Wait a week to stabilize at that dosse then halve one of the doses to 2.5mg probably best the morning dose. Wait a week then do the same for the night dose. Then cut out the AM dose wait a week etc

You have 50 days @ 10mg a day so that should give you heaps of time to taper off.

Hey,
I've moved this from the pill info request forum because it is more suited to general australian drug discussion.

Now, by the sounds of things you're physically addicted to the diazepam, as you are experiencing withdrawals as your dose drops, with the dilated pupils and unpleasant feelings.

I can't recommend strongly enough that you seek medical attention at this point; you need to be tapered off benzodiazepines slowly, because the withdrawal from this family of drugs can cause severe problems (such as seizures) and even death.

If you have a GP, i would strongly suggest you make an appointment to see them as soon as possible, so they can either give you a referral or devisd a tapering plan of their own to get you stabilised and then off the diazepam without having to experience any of the more dangerous and life-threatening withdrawal symptoms.

It's important to seek help with a benzo taper - or to perhaps read up on some tapering guides, in the very least - because the withdrawal symptoms aren't something to be taken lightly; they're not just dangerous, but very unpleasant feeling as well.

With a good tapering plan, you can avoid having to go through a drawn-out withdrawal process, so i really think it is the best option for you at this point.
