detox advice

i am looking for some advice for a friend to detox using what is around the house without making problems worse but at the same time trying to minimize discomfort. he has been using herion for the last 4 months on the average of 4-5 times a week, on the days he hasnt used h either suboxone or loperamide was used. he has 10 dAYS to get off everything but has accumalated a stash of things to help which includes

80 tramado 50mg
50 vicodin 5/500
40 lyrica 100mg
15 ativan .5
5 flexeril
400 loperamide 2mg

can anyone help me figure out a detox schedule using the following...
