Menieres disease episodes...
If it's actually a disease and not simply a syndrom. It's a catch-all for any number of inner ear diseases, with the true form being due to vascular causes (in nearly all cases it is due to the accumulation of endolymph and the sodium/potassium "pump" failing to work correctly and obstructing the outflow so that it takes much longer to compensate from sudden changes in inner-ear fluid pressure. This results in hydrops and episodic sudden changes in balance and hearing along with tinnitus and fullness. With each episode the hearing often recovers to 90% of baseline as long as steroids are immediately taken, and I'm not talking within one or two days I'm talking within the hour. Mine has gone bilateral as of 2021 and in 2022 things started to go badly south.
I have a history of hydrocele, and I do have some fluid on the legs, along with hydrocephalus, so perhaps this is all due to some sort of build-up of fluid and fluid retention where it isn't supposed to be.
