Depression

I can't stand being depressed.
I hate it, and I hate when I can't seem to get out of it.
I am ready to get the fuck out of my funk.
I'm so drained and sad.
I've spent days basically vegging out in front of the tv and watching movies........
I didn't even want to do that but staring at the wall got old pretty fast.
I think I need to go to the library and pick up some books. Maybe reading would be good.
 
Even just getting out of your space can help. Get a bit of sunshine on your face, maybe go for a little walk by the shore. Running probably isn't a good idea yet because of your injuries, but walking is a great way to get the blood flowing a bit, get out of your environment and get into nature.

You may not lift out of your funk right away, but it'll help, I'm sure.
