Okay so i have depression that come and go, sometimes they last, sometimes they don't, but this now is changing my appetite and i feel kinda grossed out when i think about eating breakfast, i'm hungry but i just feel grossed out.
Could it be because i've eaten sandwiches for breakfast for such a long time or what?
'Cause i'm thinking that might be why i feel grossed out.
So, does anyone here have any advice on how to go about this?
gonna try and smoke a little weed, that should help me a bit, well i'm not gronna TRY to smoke weed but i mean i'm gonna give it a try
